Matt Litten

Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) with KPMG, specializing in the audit of banking and fiduciary licensees in Guernsey.   Matt joined HSBC Private Bank in 2000, where he spent 12 years in a variety of senior roles in Guernsey, Jersey and Switzerland including secondments to the Global Management team, managing integration projects for acquired banking and trust businesses before managing UHNW Family Office structures across Jersey and Guernsey.

Between 2012 and 2018 Matt was Managing Director of  Collas Crill Trust, responsible for formulating and executing strategic plans to grow the business whilst working with several large client relationships, ensuring he maintained currency as a client practitioner and business developer alongside his management duties, becoming well-versed in the establishment and operation of offshore investment vehicles including companies, trusts, foundations and limited partnerships. 

Matt joined Praxis in Guernsey in 2018 as Managing Director of their Guernsey business (the largest operational unit within the Praxis Group with 110 employees), to oversee the integration of acquired businesses whilst delivering growth.  Matt was appointed to the Global Exco of Praxis Group, working with the senior management team in setting and executing strategy across 17 jurisdictions to drive organic and inorganic growth.  Alongside these roles, Matt maintained direct responsibility for several key clients requiring an experienced fiduciary practitioner.

Matt spent a year with the Ocorian Group as Head of Private Clients in Guernsey in 2023, before deciding to enter the consulting market.  Matt continues to act for certain clients as a director and trustee alongside acting as a senior fiduciary consultant.
